We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Domestic shipping/handling and delivery confirmation will be USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground in the U.S. Most orders under 1lb ship USPS First Class Mail for orders 1-5lbs unless otherwise specified. We normally ship USPS Priority Mail and First class for individual item orders. For larger and heavier weight orders those will ship UPS or Fedex Ground.
Most International shipments will be via USPS Priority Mail International or Fedex International Ground. Please note that we cannot control the time it takes once we ship your item for it to get to you. On occasion packages will be held up at the point of entry at the country you are located in and may be subject to delay or examination by the countries customs office. Please also note that some items may have restrictions or additional duties that must be paid in order to accept the package. We suggest researching the customs and duties information for certain products you are interested in prior to purchase. For example our Lip Balm is a restricted item into parts of Europe due to the Cosmetics regulations overseen by the countries Ministry of Health. Also please note that tracking while in route is not available for First Class Mail. If you want to be able to track your package, please choose Priority Mail International.
International buyers: Please check with your postal service before purchasing to see if there will be any customs or taxes added in order for you to receive the package in your country. We are not responsible for any of those charges.
Shipments to Canada: Please be aware shipments to Canada may be subject to import tariffs which include GST Those duty fees may also range depending on the province for which the shipment is going.

Our handling time is usually within 1 business day of receiving your order and cleared payment. We combine shipping for multiple purchases at the same time.

If you receive a box that has some sort of other writing on it, don't worry. Occasionally we will reuse boxes and packaging to ship out items, doing our part to recycle and reuse. Most of the time it will come in a new or nicer box.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return most new, unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Fabric, yarn, twine, rope, webbing or any other textile which is cut dyed or altered in any way can not be refunded as you have modified the item from the original state. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return package (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
